ORDINANCE NO;. -793
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD AMENDING
ORDINANCE NQ. 57,0 FOR THE PURPOSE OF RECLASSI-
FICATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTIES AND THE. ADOPTION
OF AN AMENDED SECTION OF THE ZONING MAP WHICH
IS A PART OF SAID ORDINANCE N0. 570..
The City Council of the.0'ity of Lynwood does ordain as
follows:
Section 1. The official land use plan of the. City of
Lynwood, as established by Ordinance No. 570,. is hereby amended
by classifying the following described property as follows: - C-3.
„r' ~n Portions of Lot 14 and 15 of Tract No. 5103 as per maps

recorded in Book 53, Page 55 of maps recorded in the office of the
County Recorder of Los Angeles County and described as;
Commencing at the intersection of the easterly line of
Lot 15 vrith the northerly line of Imperial Highway per CF 1621;
thence northerly thereon 318,26 feet, thence south 8~+° 001. 20" east
120 feet, thence north 6°3g~ east 20,67 feet, thence south 84000120"
east 173.6 feet, thence south 603g? west 103.61 feet, thence south
84°071.10" east 100 feet, thence south 6°sc39' west 236.5 feet, thence
easterly along the northerly line of Imperial Highway 1g 3.6 feet to
the point of beginning.

~~ Section 2. That said classification shall apply in the
manner set forth in detail in the amendatory part F-1 of the Zoning
Map of the City of Lynwood, being a part of said Ordinance No. 570,
and which amendatory part is a part hereof,
Section 3. The City Clerk is hereby ordered and directed
to certify to the passage of this ordinance and to cause the same
to be published once in the Lynwood Press,. a newspaper of general
circulation, printed, published, and circulated in the City of
Lynwood.
First read at a regular meeting of the City Council of
said city held on the 4th day of January, 1866, and finally adopted
and ordered published at the regular meeting of said Council held
on the 18th day of January, 1966, by the following vote:.
