A RESOLUTION CHANGING THE JOB DUTIES/
DESCRIPTION OF KELLY KRELL'S POSITION
WHEREAS, the City of Riverdale, Iowa ("City") is a municipal corporation, organized and operating under
the laws of the State of Iowa; and,
WHEREAS, due to a recent vacancy, the City has a need to assign duties to other personnel; and,
WHEREAS, the Kelly Krell has expressed her willingness to accept additional duties; and,
WHEREAS, the City wishes to assign additional duties to Kelly Krell; and,
WHEREAS, the City wishes to change the appointment of Kelly Krell to the position of Clerk, with a start
date of September 5, 2022, and an annual salary of $60,000, subject to annual cost of living and
performance reviews.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Riverdale, Iowa, that:
Section 1: Kelly Krell is appointed to the position of Clerk for the City of Riverdale, effective on
September 5, 2022, at an annual salary of $60,000, and until further notice.
