AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD AMENDING
ORDINANCE N0. 570 FOR THE PURPOSE OF ESTAB-
LISHING CLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTIES
AND THE ADOPTION OF AN AMENDED SECTION OF THE
ZONING MAP WHICH IS MADE A PART OF SAID ORDINANCE
No. 570.
The City Council of the City of Lynwood does ordain as
follows:
Section 1. The official land use plan of the City of
Lynwood as established by Ordinance No. 570, is hereby amended
by classifying those certain properties included in"Duncan Avenue
Annexation No. l; as follows:
a. Lots 418, 41g, and the northerly half of lot 184,
Traet No. 7884, zone P-l;
b. Lots 40g through 417 in Tract No. 7984, and lots
11 and 12 of Tract 10~-442, zone R-2;
c. Lots 1 through 21 in Tract 10442, and Lots 393 through
408 in Tract No. 7884, zone R-2;
d. All land annexed by said Duncan Avenue Annexation No.
1 lying easterly of the first alley east of Duncan Avenue and westerly
of Wright Road, zone R-3.
Section 2. That said classifications shall apply in a
manner set forth in detail in the amendatory part G-1 and 2 of the
zoning map of the City of Lynwood, being a part of said Ordinance
No. 570, and which amendatory part is a part hereof.
Section 3. The City Clerk is hereby ordered and directed
to certify to the passage of this ordinance and to cause the same
to be published once in the Lynwood Press, a newspaper of general
circulation, printed, published, and circulated in the City of Lynwood.
First read at a regular meeting of the City Council of
said city held on the 4th day of January, 1866, and finally adopted
and ordered published at a regular meeting of said Council held on
the 18th day of January, 1866, by the following vote:
