ORDINANCE N0. 790
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 570 FOR THE
PURPOSE OF RECLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY
AND THE ADOPTION OF AN .AMENDED SECTION OF THE
ZONING MAP WHICH IS PART OF SAID ORDTNANCE N0. 570
The City Council of the City of Lynwood does ordain as
follows:
Section 1. The official land use plan of the City of
Lynwood as established by Ordinance No. 570, is hereby amended
by reclassifying the parcels described. below as follows:
Lot 4, Block 17, Modjeska Park Tract from Zone R-2
(two-family) to Zone M-1 (light manufacturing.
Section 2. That said reclassification shall apply in the.
manner set forth in detail in the amendatory part C-2 of the
zoning map of the City of Lynwood, being a part of said. Ordinance
No. 570 and. which amendatory part is a part hereof.
Section 3. The City Clerk is hereby ordered and direct-
ed to certify to the passage of this ordinance, and to cause the
same to be published once in the Lynwood Press, a newspaper of
general circulation, printed, published and circulated in the
City of Lynwood.
First read. at a regular meeting of the City Council of
said city held. on the 7th day of Dec'erribe~r", 1965, and finally
adopted and ordered published at a regular meeting of said
Council held on the 2lstday of December, 1965 by the following
vote:
Ayes: Councilmen Byork, McMillan, Siokos, Smith.
Noes:
Councilmen Duncan.
Absent: Councilmen None.
