A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DECLARING CERTAIN
PREMISES TO BE A PUBLIC NUISANCE, AND
ORDERING ABATEMENT THEREOF
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Temple City
has, by Resolution No. 81- 942PC, determined that a public nui-
sance as defined in the Municipal Code, exists on certain premises
and recommends abatement thereof; and
WHEREAS, no appeal has been taken from said determination,
and the time for taking such appeal has expired.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Temple City
hereby declares that a public nuisance, as defined in the Muni-
cipal Code of the City of Temple City, and as determined by the
findings attached to the Planning Commission Resolution
No. 81- 942PC, exists on the premises designated as 10628 E.
Hallwood Drive, City of Temple City, California, and more
particularly described as Lot 65 of Tract 19189, County Records
M.B. 493 -23 -24 in the Office of the County Recorder, County of
Los Angeles, State of California; and
That if said abatement is not accomplished by the ex-
piration of thirty (30) days, the City Manager is hereby auth-
orized and directed to cause said public nuisance to be abated
by City forces or private contract pursuant to the Municipal
Code; and
That the City Clerk be and is hereby directed to cause a
copy of this Resolution to be served on the owners of said pre-
mises pursuant to the Municipal Code.
The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
Resolution.

I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
adopted by the City Council of the City of Temple City at a
regular meeting held on the 5th day of May, 1981, by the
following vote:
AYES: Councilmen- Atkins, Dennis, Gillanders, Tyrell, Merritt
NOES: Councilmen -None
ABSENT: Councilmen -None
