ORDINANCE NO' 785
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 570 FOR THE
PURPOSE OF CLASSIFICATION.OF CERTAIN PROPERTIES
AND THE ADOPTION.OF AN.AMENDED SECTION OF THE
ZONING MAP WHICH IS A PART OF SAID,ORDINANCE
No. 57G
The City Council of the City of Lynwood does ordain
as follovrs:
Section l: The official land use plan of 'che City of
Lynwood as established by Ordinance No. 570 is hereby amended.
by classifying that property known as Alameda Avenue Annexation
No. 7 as follows: - M-2.
Section 2: That said. classification shall apply in
the manner set forth in detail in the amendatory part B-1 of
the zoning map of the City of Lynwood, being a part of
Ordinance No, 570 and. which amendatory part is a part hereof.
Section 3: The City Clerk is hereby ordered and.
directed to certify to the passage of this ordinance and to cause
the same to be published once in 'che Lynwood Press, a newspaper
of general circulation, printed, published and circulated in
the City of Lynwood.
First read at a regular meeting of the City Council
of said. city held on 'che 5th day of October, 1965 and finally
adopted and ordered published at a regular meeting of said
Council held on the 19th day of October, 1965, by the follow*5_ng
vote:
Ayes: - Councilmen Byork, Duncan, McMillan, Siokos
Smith.
Noes: - Councilmen None
Absent: - Councilmen N
