ORDINANCE N0. 78q
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD AMENDING
SECTION 15.20 OF THE LYNW00D CITY CODE ESTAB-
LISHING COLLECTION FEES FOR THE COLLECTION OF
GARBAGE AND RUBBISH,
The City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby
ordain a.s follows:
Section 1. Section 15.20 of the Lynwood City Code
is amended to read as follows:

"Section 15.20 Amounts. The following charges a.re
hereby established as the fees to be paid for service rendered
in the collection and disposal of garbage a.nd rubbish.
"(a) For each single-family dwelling, one dollar and
five cents ($1.05) per month for two garbage collections per week
and one collection per week of combustible and noncombustible
rubbish.
"(b) For two-family dwellings or two houses on the same
lot under the same ownership, one dollar and sixty cents ($1.6d)
per .month for two garbage collections per week and one collection
per week of combustible a.nd non- combustible rubbish.
"(c) For all apartment houses, flats, courts, motels,
or multiple family dwellings, for two garbage collections per
week a.nd one collection per week of combustible and non-combustible
rubbish, the monthly charges shall be a.s follows:
For the first dwelling unit, one dollar and
five cents .0$1.05).
For the second, third, and fourth dwellings
units, fifty-five cents (.55) per unit.
For the fifth dwelling unit and each a.dditiona.l
unit, fifty cents (.50) per unit.
"(d) For each commercial establishment, one dollar and
five cents ($1.05) per month for two garbage collections per week
a,nd one collection of combustible and non-combustible rubbish."

Section 2, The City Clerk is hereby ordered and
directed to certify to the passage of this ordinance and to cause
the same to be published once in the Lynwood Press, a newspaper of
general circulation printed and circulated in the City of Lynwood.
