ORDINANCE N0. 780
AN ORDIIANCE OF THE CITY OF LYNt;I00D AMENDING. THE
THIRD PARAGRAPH OF SECTION 18.00. OF CITY ORDINANCE
N0. 570 TO INCREASE THE FILING FEES FOR APPLICATIONS
.FOR VARIANCE -AND ZONE CHANGE.
The City Council of the City ;of Lynwood does ordain as
follows:
Sectioh 1. The third paragraph of Section 18.DO appearing
on page 46 of City. Ordinance No. 570 is amended to read as follows:
"The fee of $75 shall be paid upon the filing of the .petition
provided for in Chapter XVI and a, fee of $15O shall be paid upon
the filing of each petition provided for in Chapter XVII of City
Ordinance No. 570,. for the purpose of .defraying expense of postage,
posting, advertising, and other costs incidental to the proceedngs
prescribed herein." A written receipt shall be. issued to the
person making such payment and records of such payments and expenditures
thereof shall be kept in such manner as prescribed by law.
Sectioh 2. Except as herein amended said Section 18.00..
of City Ordinance No. 570 shall remain in full force and effect.
Se'ctioh 3. The City Clerk is hereby ordered and dir.ec.ted
to certify to the passage of .this ordinance, .and to cause. the same
to be published in the Lynwood Press, a newspaper of general
circulation, printed and circulated in the City pf Lynwood.
First .read at a regular meeting of the -City Council. of
said City: head on the -17th -day of August 1865, finally
adopted and ordered published at a regular meeting of said Council
held on the 7thday of Sep ember 1865, by the .following vote.:
Ayes: Councilmen Byork,'Duhdari, McPQillah, Siokds,"Smith
.Noes: Councilmen Nohe.'
Absent: Cduhdi'lmeri None.
