ORDINANCE N0. 775
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 570 FOR
THE PURPOSE OF CLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN
PROPERTIES AND THE ADOPTION OF AN AMENDED
SECTION OF THE ZONING MAP WHICH IS A PART OF
SAID ORDINANCE N0. 570.
The City Council of the City of Lynwood does ordain as
followss
Section l. The official land use plan of the City of
Lynwood as established by Ordinance No. 570 is hereby amended by
classifying that property l~own as "Alameda Street Annexation
No. 5-A" as £ollows: M-2.
Section 2. That said classification shall apply in
the manner set forth in detail in the amendatory part B-1 of the
zoning map of the City of Lynwood, being a part of said Ordinance
No. 57o and which amendatory part is a part hereof.
Section 3. The City Clerk is hereby ordered and direct-
ed to certify to the passage of this ordinance and to cause the
same to be published once in the Lynwood Press, a newspaper of
general circulation, printed, published, and circulated in the
City of Lynwood.
First read at a regular meeting of the City Council of
said city held on the 18th day of May, ig65, and finally adopted
and ordered published at a regular meeting of said Council held
on the lst day of June, 1g65, by the following votet
Ayes: Councilmen Duncan Ham McMillan, Siokos,
Smith.
Noes: Councilmen None.
Absent: Councilmen None.
