AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 570
FOR THE PURPOSE OF RECLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN
PROPERTY AND THE ADOPTION OF AN AMENDED SECTION
OF THE ZONING MAP WHICH IS PART OF SATD ORDINANCE
No. 570.
The City Council of the City of Lynwood does ordain as
£ollows:
Section l. The official land use plan of the City of
Lynwood as established by Ordinance No. 57o is hereby amended by
reclassifying the parcels described below as follows:
Lots 259, 260, 261, Tract No. 2551, from Zone C-2 to
Zone C-2-a.
Section 2. That said reclassification shall apply in
the manner set forth in detail in the amendatory part C-2 of the
zoning map o£ the City o£ Lynwood, being a part of said ordinance
No. 570 and which amendatory part is a part hereof,
Section 3. The City Clerk is hereby ordered and directed
to certify to the passage of this ordinance, and to cause the same
to be published once in the Lynwood PreBS, a newspaper of general
circulation, printed, published and circulated in the City of
Lynwood.
First read at a regular meeting of the City Council of
said city held on the 16th day of March, 1965, and finally adopted
and ordered published at a regular mee~ing of' said Council held on
the 6th day of April, 1g65, by the following vote;
Ayes: Councilmen;Duncan, Ham, McMillan, Siokos, Smith.
Noes: Councilmen:None.

I, the undersigned, City Clerk of the City of
Lynwood, and ex-of£icio clerk of the Council of said
city, do hereby certify that the above is a true and
correct copy of Ordinance No, 772 adopted by the City
Council of the City of Lynwood, and that same was passed
on the date and by the vo~e therein stated.
