ORDINANCE No. 767
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 20.119 OF THE LYNWOOD
CITY CODE.
The City Council of the City of Lynwood does ordain as
follows;
Section l. That Section 20.119 of the Lynwood City Code
shall be amended to read as follows:
"Section 20.119. Trash, refuse and rubbish disposal.
"The license £ee sha11 be three hundred doll.ars per year
for every person managing, conducting or carrying on the business of
soliciting for and collecting, removing and disposing of refuse and
rubbish, and the application filing fee shall be five dollars; pro-
vided, however, that this section shall not apply to any person with
whom the city has entered into or may hereafter enter into a contract
for the collection, removal and disposal of garbage, trash or rubbish,
nor shall this section prohibit any owner from removing his own
garbage, trash,or rubbish."
Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby ordered and directed.
to certify to the passage of this ordinance, and to cause the same
to be published once in the Lynwood Press, a newspaper of general circu-
lation printed and published in the City of Lynwood.
First read at a regular meeting of the City Council of said
city held on the lst day of December, 1g64, and finally adopted and
ordered published at a regular meeting of said Council held on the
15th day of December, 1964, by the following vote;
Ayes: Councilmen Duncan, Ham, MeMillan., Siokos, Smith.
Noes: Councilmen Nor.e.

I, the undersigned, City Clerk of the City of
Lynwood, and ex-officio clerk of the Council of said
city, do hereby certify that the above is a true and
correct copy of Ordinance No, 767 adopted by the City
Council of the City of Lynwood, and that same was passed
on the date and by the vote therein stated.
