AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0, 57o EOR
THE PURPOSE OF CLASSIFICATION ~F CERTAIN PRO-
PERTIES AND THE ADOPTION OF AN AMENDED SECTION
OF THE ZONING MAP WHICH IS A PART OF SAID
ORDINANCE N0. 570.
The City Council of the City of Lynwood does ordain as
follows:
Section l, The official land use plan of the City of
Lynwood as established by Ord.inance No. 570 is hereby amended by
elassifying that property known as "Atlantic Avenue Annexation No. 5"
as follows:
Lots 54 and 55, Tract No. 6728 and a portion of
the Division of Lot 1, Slauson Tract, as Zone R-2.
Section 2. That said classification ehall apply in the
manner set forth in detail in the amendatory part F-3 of the zoning
map of the City of Lynwood, being a part o£ said Ordinance No. 570
and which amendatory part is a part hereof,
Section 3. The City Clerk is hereby ord.ered and directed.
to certiPy to the passage of this ordinance and to cause the same
to be published once in the Lynwood Press, a newspaper of general
circulation printed, published, and circulated in the City of Lynwood.
First read at a regular meeting of the City Council of
said city held on the 17th day o£ November, 1964, and finally adopted
and ordered published at a regular meeting of said Council held on
the lst day of December, 1964, by the following vote:
Ayes: Councilmen Duncan. Ham. Siokos. Smith
Noes: Councilmen None.
Absent:Councilmen McMillan.

I, the undersigned, City Clerk of the City of
Lynwood, and ex-officio clerk of the Council of said
city, do hereby certify that the above is a true and
correct copy of Ordinance No, 765 adopted by the City
Council of the City of Lynwood, and that same was passed
on the date and by the vote therein stated.
