AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0, 57o FOR
THE PURPOSE OF CLASSIFICATTON OF CERTAIN PRO-
PERTY AND THE ADOPTION OF AN AMENDED SECTION
OF THE ZONING MAP WHICH IS A PART OF SAID
~RDINANCE N0. 570.
The City Council of the City of Lynwood does ordain as
follows:
Section 1, The official land use plan o£ the City of
Lynwood as established by Ordinance No. 570 is hereby amend.ed. by
classifying that property known as "Fernwood Avenue Annexation No. 3'~
as follows:
Lot 9, Tract 8716 as P-1.
Section 2. That said classification shall apply in the
manner set forth in detail in the amendatory part F-3 0£ the zoning
map of the City of Lynwood, being a part of said Ordinance No. 570
and which amendatory part is a part hereof'.
Section 3. The City Clerk is hereby ordered and d.irected
to certify to the passage of this ordinance and to cause the same
to be published onee in the Lynwood Press, a newspaper of general
circulation, printed, published, and circulated in the City of
Lynwood.
First read at a regular meeting of the City Council oE
said city held on the 17th day of November, 1964, and finally adopted.

city, do hereby certify that the above is a true and
correct copy of Ordinance No, 764 adopted by the City
Council of the City of Lynwood, and that same was passed
on the date and by the vote therein stated.
