AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 570 FOR
THE PURPOSE OF RECLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN
PROPERTY AAID TI~ ADOPTION OF AN AMENDED SECTION
OF THE ZONING MAP WHICH IS PART OF SAID ORDINANCE
No. 570.
The City Council of the City of Lynwood does ordain as
follows:
Section l. The official land use plan of the City of
Lynwood as established by Ordinance rro. 57o is hereby amended by
reclassifying the parcels described below as follows:
Lots 504, 505, 506, 507, 508, 5og, Tract No. 2551, from
Zone C-2 (light commercial) to Zone R-3 (multiple-family).
Section 2. That said reclassification shall apply in the
manner set forth in detail in the amendatory part D-2 of the zoning
map of the City of Lynwood, being a part of said Ordinance No. 570
and which amendatory part is a part hereof.
Section 3, The City Clerk is hereby ordered and directed
to certify to the passage oP this ordinance, and to cause the same to
be published once in the Lynwood Press, a newspaper of general cireu-
lation, printed, published and circulated in the City of Lynwood.
First read at a regular meeting of the City Council of said
city held on the 17th day of November, 1964, and finally adopted and.
ordered published at a regular meeting of said Council held on the
lst day of December, Zg64, hy the following vote:
Ayes: Councilmen Duncan, Ham, Siokos, Smith.
Noes; Councilmen None.
Absent:Councilmen McMillan.

I, the undersigned, City Clerk of the City of
Lynwood, and ex-officio clerk of the Council of said
city, do hereby certify that the above is a true and
correct copy of Ordinance No, 763 adopted by the City
Council of the City of Lynwood, and that same was passed
on the date and by the vote therein stated.
