AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD PROVIDING
FOR THE CHECKING OF FINAL SUBDIVISION MAPS
Section 28.14.1: Checking Fee. In addition to all
other fees and charges required by law, upon submitting the
final map under the provisions of Section 11593 of the Business
and Professions Code to the County Engineer of the County of
Los Angeles, the subdivider shall pay to said County Engineer
a final map checking fee. The amount of this fee shall be
determined by resolution of the City Council and may, from time
to time, be adjusted in accordance with the agreement executed
between the County Engineer of the County of Los Angeles, and
the City Council of the City of Lynwood.
The City Clerk is hereby ordered and directed to
certify to the passage of this ordinance and to cause the same to
be published once in the Lynwood Press, anewspaper o£ general
circulation printed, published and circulated in the City of
Lynwood.
First read at a regular meeting of the City Council of
said city held on the 6th day of October, 7.g64, and finally adopted
and ordered published at a regular meeting of said Council held
on the 20th day of October, 1964 by the following vote:
Ayes: Councilmen Duncan, Fineh, Ham, MeMillan, Siokos.
Noes: Councilmen None.
Absent: Councilmen Non~.
