f RESOLUTION: OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF-TEMPLE CITY DECLARING CERTAIN
PREMISES TO BE A PUBLIC NUISANCE, AND
ORDERING ABATEMENT THEREOF
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Temple City has,
by Resolution No, 81- 947PC, determined that a public nuisance as
defined in the Municipal Code, exists on certain premises and recom-
mends abatement thereof; and
WHEREAS., no appeal has been taken from said determination, and
the time for taking such appeal has expired;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Temple City
hereby declares that a public nuisance, as defined in. the Municipal
Code of the. City of Temp4 City, and as determined by the findings
attached to the Planning Commission Resolution No. 81- 947PC, exists
on the premises designated as 5802 Alessandro Avenue in said City, .
and more particularly described as the west 125 ft. of Lot 749 of Tract
6561,.M.B. 72 -34 -35 of Maps in the Office of the County Recorder, County
of Los Angeles, State of California; and
That if said abatement is not accomplished by the expiration of
thirty (30) days, the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed
to cause said public nuisance to be-abated by City forces or private
constrict- pursuant to the Municipal Code; and
That the City Clerk be and is hereby directed to cause .a copy
of this Resolution to be served on the owners of said premises pur-
l! suant to the Municipal Code.
The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution.
