RESOLUTION 2022-68
A RESOLUTION ADOPTING AN OPERATIONS MANAGER,
PUBLIC WORKS, JOB DESCRIPTION
WHEREAS, the City of Riverdale, Iowa ("City") is a municipal corporation, organized and operating under
the laws of the State of Iowa; and,
WHEREAS, the City has a need for an Operations Manager, in the Public Works department, to oversee
construction projects, various contracts, permitting processes, etc., in addition to performing day-to-day
public works tasks; and,
WHEREAS, the City has reviewed and/or edited the attached job description for the position of
Operations Manager, Public Works, and wishes to approve same; and,
WHEREAS, the funding sources for this action are:
• 001-210-6010 - Streets Wages
• 001-250-6010 - Snow Removal Wages
• 001-298-6010 - Storm Sewer Wages
• 001-430-6010 - Parks Wages
• 001-650-6010 - City Hall Wages
• 610-815-6010 - Sewer Wages
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Riverdale, Iowa, that:
Section 1: The Operations Manager, Public Works, job description is adopted.
