RESOLUTION 2022-62
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING CHANGE ORDER #4
FOR SANITARY SEWER PHASE II PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Riverdale, Iowa ("City") is a municipal corporation, organized and operating under
the laws of the State of Iowa; and,
WHEREAS, pursuant to notice duly published in the manner and form prescribed and as required by
State Statute, bids and proposals were received by the City Clerk and reported to this Council for the
proposed Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation (Phase (II) project (the "Project") for the City as described in the
public notice of hearing; and,
WHEREAS, Visu-Sewer, Pewaukee, Wisconsin, was awarded the contract for the Project under Resolution
2021-40, approved September 14, 2021, in the amount of $189,427.55; and,
WHEREAS, it as been determined necessary and prudent to make the following changes as described in
Change Order #4 provided by MSA Professional Services:
Previous contract price incorporating change orders 1-3:
Adjustment per change order #4:
New amount of contract with change:
$198,817.05
$ 5,589.10
$193,227.95
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Riverdale, Iowa, that:

Change Order #4 is approved.
The Mayor is authorized and directed to sign Change Order #4.
Passed and approved this 27th day of September 2022.
