AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 570 FOR THE
PURPOSE OF CLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTIES
AND THE ADOPTION OF AN AMENDED SECTION OF THE
ZONING MAP WHICH IS A PART OF SAID ORDINANCE
No. 570.
The City Council of the City of Lynwood does ordain
as follows:
Section l. The official land use plan of the City o£
Lynwood as established by Ordinance No. 57o is hereby amended by
classifying that property known as "Atlantic Avenue Annexation
No, 3" as follows:
Lots 163, 164, 165, Tract No. 7984, as R-2.
Section 2, That said classification shall apply in the
manner set forth in detail in the amendatory part G-2 of the zoning
map of the City of Lynwood, being a part of said Ordinance No. 570
and which amendatory part is a part hereof,
Section 3. The City Clerk is hereby ordered and directed.
to certify to the passage of this ordinance and to cause the same
to be published once in the Lynwood Press, a newspaper of general
circulation, printed, published, and circulated in the City of
Lynwood,
First read at a regular meeting of the City Council of said
city held on the 19th day o£ November, 1g63, and finally adopted and
ordered published at a regular meeting of said Council held on the
3rd day of December, 1963, by the following vote:
Ayes; Councilmen Duncan, Finch, Ham, McMillan, Rowe.
Noes: Councilmen None
Absent
Councilmen None,
