RESOLUTION 2022-65
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CONTRACTOR'S APPLICATION FOR PAYMENT
#1 FOR THE BICENTENNIAL PARK EMERGENCY ACCESS ROUTE PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Riverdale, Iowa ("City") is a municipal corporation, organized and operating under
the laws of the State of Iowa; and,
WHEREAS, MSA Professional Services has prepared Pay Application #1 and recommends payment to
Ethics Contracting in the amount of $63,290.90; and,
WHEREAS, the funding source for this action is 301-210-6499, Capital Improvement -Contract Services.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Riverdale, Iowa, that

Pay Application #1 is approved.
The Mayor is authorized and directed to sign Pay Application #1 dated September
20, 2022, in the total amount of $63,290.90.
City staff are directed to pay Ethics Contracting $63,290.90 for Pay Application #1.
