AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 570 FOR
THE PURPOSE OF RECLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN
PROPERTY AND THE ADOPTION OF AN AMENDED SECTION
OF THE ZONING MAP WHICH IS PART OF SAID ORDINANCE
No. 570.
The City Council of the City of Lynwood does ordain as
follows:
Section 1. The official land use plan of the City of
Lynwood as established by Ordinance No. 570 is hereby amended by
reclassi£ying the parcels described below as follows:
From R-2 to R-1:

Section 2. That said reclassification shall apply in the
manner set £orth in detail in the amendatory parts B-1 and B-2 0£ the
zoning map of the City o£ Lynwood, being a part of said. Ordinance No,

570 and which amendatory parts are parts hereof,
Section 3. The City Clerk is hereby ordered and directed.
to certify to the passage of this ordinance and to cause the same
to be published once in the Lynwood Press, a newspaper of general
circulation, printed, published and circulated in the City of Lynwood.
First read at a regular meeting of the City Council of
said city held on the 16th day of April, 1963, and finally adopted.
and ordered published at a regular meeting of said Council held on
the 7th day of May, 1963, by the following vote:
Ayes: Councilmen Duncan, Finch, Ham, McMillan, Rowe.
Noes: Councilmen: None.
Absent: Councilmen: None.
