AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0, 570 FOR
T~ PURPOSE OF CLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN PRO-
PERTIES AND THE A~OPTION OF AN AMENDED SECTION
OF THE ZONING MAp WHICH IS A PART OF SAID
~~INANCE N0. 570,
The City Council of the City of Lynwood does ordain as
follows:
Sec_ tlon l. The official land use plan of the City of
Lynwood as established by Ordinance No, 57p is hereby amended by
elassifying that property known as "Atlantic Avenue Annexation No. 1"
and "Atlantic Avenue Annexation No. 2" as R-1.
Section 2, That said classification shall apply in the
manner set for detail in the amendator
y part F-4 of the zoning
map of the City of Lynwood, being a part of said Ordinance No, 570
and which amendatory part is a part hereof,
Sec~n 3. The City Clerk is hereby ordered and directed.
to certify to the passage of this ordinance and to cause the same
to be published once in the Lynwood Press, a newspaper of general
circulation, printed, published, and circulated in the City of Lynwood.
First read at a regular meeting of the City Council of said
city held on the 19th day of March, 1963, and finally adopted and
ordered published at a regular meeting of said Council held on the
2nd day of April, 1963, by the following vote;

Noes: Councilmen
None,
Absent; Councilmen None
