ORDINANCE NO. I51 2-4
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING CHAPTER
19 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, BY MODIFYING THE SIDE
PARKING REMOVAL ON LEE STREET, BETWEEN MOREAU DRIVE AND A POINT
340 FEET EAST OF MOREAU DRIVE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Chapter 19-401 (Motor Vehicles and Traffic), Schedule J (Parking
Prohibited), of the Code of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, is hereby amended by the
modification of:
Lee Street: on the north side thereof, between Highcliff Street and a point 340 feet east of the east
curb line of Moreau Drive. (Ord. No. 13151, §1, 1-2-2001; Ord. No. 15889, §1, 3-18-2019)
Lee Street: on the south side thereof, between Moreau Drive and a point 340 feet east of the
east curb line of Moreau Drive.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date
of its passage and approval.
