AN ORDINANCE TO ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE
ENFORCEMENT OF SECTIONS 18000 To 18879 OF THE
HEALTH AND SAFETY CODE.
BE IT ORDAINED:
Section 1, Pursuant to the provisions of 18010 Health
and Safety Cod.e, the City of Lynwood assumes responsibility for the
enforcement of Section 18000 to 18879 of the Health and. Safety Cod.e
(Mobilehomes and Mobilehome Parks).
Section 2, The City Clerk is directed to noti£y in writing
the Division of Housing of the State of California that the City of
Lynwood has assumed responsibility for the enforcement of the sections
of the Health and. Safety Cod.e referred to in Section 1 hereof and to
£orward to said department a certified copy of this ordinance as soon
as it has become effective.
Section 3, The City Clerk is hereby ordered. and directed
to certify to the passage of this ordinanee and to cause the same to
be published once in the Lynwood Press, a newspaper of general cir-
culation, printed, published and circulated in the City of Lynwood.,
First read at a regular meeting o£ the City Council of said
city held. on the 6th day of March, 1962, and finally adopted. and.
ordered published at a regular meeting of said. Council held on the
20th day of March, 1962, by the following vote:
Ayes: Councilmen Duncan, Finch, Ham, Pender, Rowe.
Noes: Councilmen None.
Absent: Councilmen None.
