.k1N ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0, 570 FOR THE
PURPOSE OF RECLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY
AND THE 44DOPTION OF AN AMENDED SECTION OF THE
ZONING M@~P WHICH IS P~RT OF SAID ORDINd~NCE N0,570.
The City Couneil of the City of LynU~ood. d.oes ordain as
follows: ~
Section 1. The official land use plan of the City of
Lynwood as established. by Ordinance No. 570 is hereby amend.ed by
reclassifying the following described parcels from R-1 to R-3:
West one-hal£ of Lot 581 and. all of Lots 582 to 590,
incluaive, Tract 2551.
Section 2. That said reclassification shall apply in the
manner set forth in d.etail in the amendatory part C-2 of the zoning
map of the City of Lynwood, being a part of said Ordinance No. 570
and which amendatory part is a part hereof.
Section 3. The City Clerk is hereby ordered and directed
to certi£y to the passage of this ordinance and to cause the same
to be published once in the Lynwood Press, a newspaper of general
circulation, printed, published and circulated in the City of Lynwood.
First read at a regular meeting of the City Council of said
City held on the 21st day of November, 1961, and finally adopted and
ordered published at a regular meeting of said Council held on the
5th day o£ December, 1961, by the following vote:
Ayes: Couneilmen Duncan, Finch, Ham, Rowe.
Noes: Councilmen None.
Absent:Councilmen Pender.
