AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDIN~INCE N0. 570 FOR THE
PURPOSE OF RECLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY
AND THE ADOPTION OF AN AMENDED SECTION OF THE
ZONING MAP WHICH IS PART OF S~ID ORDINANCE N0.57~•
The City Council of the City of Lynwood does ordain as
follows:
Section l. The official land use plan of the City of
Lynwood as established by Ordinane No. 570 is hereby amended by
reclassi£ying the following described parcels from R-1 to R-3:
Lots 14, 15 and 16 (ex st), Block H, Tract 6473.
Section 2. That said reclassification shall apply in the
manner set forth in detail in the amendatory part C-3 0£ the zoning
map of the City of Lynwood, being a part of said Ordinance No. 570
and. which amendatory part is a part hereof.
Section 3. TheCity Clerk is hereby ordered. and directed
to certify to the passage of this ordinance and to cause the same
to be published once in the Lynwood. Press, a newspaper of general
circulation, printed, published and circulated in the City of Lynwood,
First read at a regular meeting of the City Council of said.
City held on the 17th day of October, 1961, and finally adopted. and.
ord.ered published at a regular meeting of said. Council held on the
7th d.ay of November, 1961, by the following vote:
Ayes: Councilmen Duncan, Finch, Ham, Pender, Rowe.
Noes: Councilmen
None.
Absent: Councilmen None.
