AN ORDIN~.PICE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 384 CREATING
A FUND FOR CAPITAL OUTLAYS.
The City Council of the City of Lynwood. does ordain as
follows;
Section l. Section 1 of City Ordinance No. 384 is amended
as follows: A fund. is hereby created.for capital outlays under the
provisions of Article 4, Title 5, Division 2 of Part 1 of the
Government Code.
Section 2. Section 2 of City Ordinance No. 384 is amended
to provide as follows: Such fund shall be known as "Special Fund for
Capital Outlays" and it shall remain inviolate for the making of any
capital outlays, and no moneys shall be disbursed therefrom excepting
for such a purpose, excepting upon consent of the electors obtained.
as provided in said Article 4.
Section 3. The City Clerk is hereby ordered and d.irected
to certify to the passage o£ this ordinance and to cause the same to
be published once in the Lynwood Press, a newspaper of general circu-
lation,printed and published. in the City of Lynwood.
First read at a regular meeting of the City Council of said
City held on the 5th day of September, 1961, and.finally adopted and
ordered published at a regular meeting of said. Council held on the
19th day of September, 1g61, by the following vote:
Ayes: Councilmen
Noes; Councilmen
Duncan, Ham, Rowe.
None.
