Chairman's announcements There were no announcements. 2. Bennett Environmental-Annual Engineer report for Pleasant Bay Health &Living Centers David Bennett told the Board that all permit limitations were met for the whole year. There were minor repairs to the system made throughout the year. Mrs. Hughes asked how under capacity the plan was working. Mr. Bennett stated that the plant is running about 12,000gpd. 3. A.E. Com-Annual Engineer report for Ocean Edge Chris Vineagu,Plant Manager was present. He told the Board that there were 3 overages during the year. One was due to a pump problem(which they replaced),and there were two flow issues that had to do with the cooling tower. 4. Horsley Witten Group,Inc.—Annual Engineer report for Kings Landing They requested a continuance until the March 10`"meeting. 5. Whitewater&Wastewater Solutions-Annual Engineer report for Epoch Chris Haywood was present. He told the Board that there were some deviations that were above the pen-nit limits. In March the TSS was higher than allowed as well as the fecal coliform. It was noted that the influent tank had a high level and the operator ran the pumps manually alto the plants which caused some of the tanks inside to overflow. In August,there was a fecal exceedance because the ultra violet disinfectant wasn't working efficiently. It was upgraded at this point. The 3rd exceedance was due to operator error. 6. J.M. O'Reilly-Title 5 and Local variance requests for 300 Foster Road The following variances are being sought: 1. To allow the proposed SAS to be 5' from property line 2. To allow the proposed SAS to be 12' from the foundation 3. To allow the proposed septic tank to be 5' from a property line 4. To allow the proposed septic tank to be 9' fi-om a foundation John O'Reilly,Engineer and Peter Polhemus,Architect were present. Mr. O'Reilly stated that they had gone in front of the Conservation Commission and that the Board should have a memo from them. This is an existing 10 room home that has a septic system with a 330gpd capacity. The House only has 3 bedrooms currently. Noted. 11, Discuss Health Director's mid-year review Mr. Skidmore has not had a chance to complete this yet but will get it done. 12. Topics the Chairman did not anticipate None.
