AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINJ~ICE N0. 570 FOR THE
PURPOSE OF RECLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY
AND THE 91DOPTION OF !~N AMENDED SECTION OF THE
ZONING MAP WHICH IS PART OF SAID ORDINI4NCE N0,
570.
The City Council of the City of Lynwood d.oes ordain as
follows:
Section 1. The official land use plan o£ the City of
Lynwood as establlshed by Ordinance No. 570 is hereby amended by
reclassifying the following described parcel from R-1 to R-3:
Lot 645, Tract No. 2992.
Section 2. That said reclassification shall apply in the
manner set forth 3n detail in the amendatory part C-3 of the zoning
map of the City of Lynwood., being a part of said Ordinance No. 570
and which amendatory part is a part hereof.
Section 3, TheCity Clerk is hereby ord.ered and directed.
to certify to the passage of this ordinance and to cause the same
to be published once in the Lynwood Press, a newspaper of general
circulation, printed., published and circulated in the City of Lynwood.
First read at a regular meeting of the City Council of said
City held on the 15th d.ay of August, 1961, and finally adopted and
ordered published at a regular meeting of said Council held. on the
5th day of August , 1961, by the following vote;
Ayes: Councilmen Duncan, Finch, Ham, Pender, Rowe.
Noes: Councilmen None.
Absent:Councilmen None.

I, the undersigned, City Clerk of the
City of Lynwood, and ex-officio clerk of the Council
of said City, do hereby certify that the above is
a true and correct copy of ordinance No. 720
adopted by the City Council of the City of Lynwood.
and that same was passed on the date and by the vote
therein stated.
