Council met in repul-r secsion, Mayor Vahlsinfr rresiding, and
Councilmen Haack, Okones anC Lawe present.
Minut s of last meeting were rend and on motion by Lulve
second b Okones, -.-)proved a.s read.. Motion carried..
M.M Boeke lately elected councilman to fill Vncancy,caused
by resignption of Geo Linda.man, did. not feel that he wanted to
qunlify s mouncilman , the council therefor declared that there
was sti4 a vacancy.
The Mayor called for nominations for Councilma to fill

other norrinations;-
On vote of the council,
Albert Geerdes received 3
votes
being a majority of all
votes cast, was declared Elected.
The f ollowing Bills were read, presenteC, and ordered

It was moved. by Luive second. by Okones that the nuzr-chasing
committee gox to Des Moines and inspect the IMpintriner
offered, and retort back to the council, as to price etc.
