AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SUBPARAGRAPH 1 OF SECTION
10.01 OF CITY ORDINANCE N0. 5'j0, PROHIBITING
RESIDENCES, EXCEPT TRAILER PARKS AND CARETAKERSX
QUARTERS, IN ZONE M-l.
The City Council o£ the City of Lynwood. does ordain as
follows:
Section l. Subparagraph 1 of Section 10.01 0£ City
Ordinance No. 570 is amended to read as follows:
"1. Any use permitted in the "C-3~' Heavy Commercial Zone,
and when so used, sub,ject to the provisions and conditions of this
chapter only, EXCEPT that no building or land shall be used. or occupied
for, or no building sha11 be erected, constructed, or established or
altered, enlarged, moved into or within a Zone M-1 which is to be used
or occupied for residential purposes, except trailer parks, trailer
camps, and. mobile home estates, and exeept one dwelling on the same
lot or parcel of land which is legally being used so as to require
the continuous supervision of a caretaker or superintendent and his
immediate family, which two uses are expressly permitted in and M-1
Zone."
Section 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this ordinance and shall cause the same to be published once in the
Lynwood Press, a newspaper of general circulation, printed and circu-
lated in the City of Lynwood..
First read at a regular meeting of the City Council of said
City held on the 6th day of June, 1961, and finally adopted and ordered
published at an ad~journed meeting of said Council held on the 20th day
of June, 1961, by the following vote;
Ayes: Councilmen Duncan, English, Finch, Pender Rowe.
Noes: Councilmen None.
Absent: Councilmen None.
