AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD ESTAB-
LISHING A 151 FRONT YARD SETBACK ON THE WEST
SIDE OF HARRIS AVENUE FROM THE FIRST ALLEY
SOUTH OF CARLIN AVENUE TO OLANDA STREET.
The City Council of the City o£ Lynwood does hereby
ordain as £ollows:
Section l. That there is hereby established a buildin~
setback line of fifteen (15) feet on the west side of Harris Avenue
from the first alley south of Carlin Avenue to Oland.a Street, within
the City of Lynwood, California.
Section 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage
of this ordinance, and the same shall take effect and be in force
immediately. The said City Clerk shall cause said ordinance to be
published once in the Lynwood Press, a newspaper of general circu-
lation printed, published, and circulated within said City of
Lynwood and which newspaper is hereby designated for that purpose.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this lst day of March, lg6o, by
the following vote:
Ayes: Councilmen: English, Finch, Pender, Rowe,
and Summers.
Noes: Couneilmen: None.
Absent:Councilmen: None.
