AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 570 FOR
THE PURPOSE OF RECLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN
PROPERTY AND THE ADOPTION OF AN AMENDED
SECTION OF THE ZONING MAP WHICH IS PART OF
SAID ORDINANCE N0, 570.
The City Council of the City of Lynwood does ordain as
follows:
Section l. The official land use plan of the City of
Lynwood as established by Ordinance No. 570 is hereby amended by
reclassifying the following described parcelsfrom R-1 to R-3•
Lots 24 to 38, inclusive, Block 11, Mod,jeska Park
Tract.
Section 2. That said reelassification shall apply in
the manner set forth in detail in the amendatory part B-2 of the
zoning map of the City of Lynwood, being a part of said Ordinance
No. 57o and which amendatory part is a part hereof.
Section 3. The City Clerk is hereby ordered and directed
to certify to the passage of this ordinance and to cause the same to
be published. once in the Lynwood. Press, a newspaper of general circu-
lation, printed published and circulated in the City of Lynwood..
First read. at a regular meeting o£ the City Council o£
said City held on the 16th day of February, 1960, and finally adcpted
and ordered published. at a regular meeting of said Council held on
the lst day of Mareh, 1960, by the following vote:
Ayes: Councilmen English, Finch, Pender, Rowe,
and Summers.
Noes: Councilmen None.
Absent:Councilmen None.
