AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 570 FOR THE
PURPOSE OF RECLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY
AND THE ADOPTION OF AN AMENDED SECTION OF TF~
ZONING MAP WHICH IS PART OF SAID ORDINANCE N0.
570.
The City Council of the City of Lynwood does ordain as
follows:
Section l. The official land use plan of the City of
Lynwood as established by Ordinance No. 570 is hereby amended by
reclassifying the following described parcel from R-1 to R-2:
Portion oF Lot 2, J. J. Bullis Tract, known
as 4173-~+207 Carlin Avenue.
Section 2. That said classification shall apply in the
manner set forth in detail in the amendatory part E-4 of the zoning
map of the City of Lynwood, being a part of said Ord.inance rro. 570
and which amend.atory part is a part hereof.
Section 3. The City Clerk is hereby ordered and directed
to certify to the passage of this ord.inance and to cause the same
to be published. once in the Lynwood Press, a newspaper of general
circulation, printed, published and circulated in the City of
Lynwood.
First read at a regular meeting o£ the City Council of
said city held on the 19th day of May, 1959. and finally ad.opted
and ordered published at a regular meeting of said Council held on
the 2nd. day of June, 1959 by the following vote:
Ayes: Councilmen: English, Finch, Pender, Rowe.
Noes: Councilmen: None.
Absent:Councilmen: Summers.

I, the undersigned, City Clerk of the
City of Lynwood, and. ex-officio clerk of the Council
of said City, do hereby certify that the above is
a true and correct copy of ordinance No. 692
adopted by the City Council of the City of Lynwood
and that same was passed on the date and by the vote
therein stated.
