AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 570 FOR
THE PURPOSE OF RECLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN
PROPERTY AND THE ADOPTION OF AN AMENDED
SECTION OF THE ZONING MAP WHICH IS PART OF
SAID ORDINANCE N0. 570.
The City Council of the City of Lynwood d.oes ordain as
follows:
Section 1. The official land. use plan o£ the City of
Lynwood as established. by Ordinance rro. 57o is hereby amended by
reclassifying the following d.escribed. parcels from R-1 to R-2:
Lots 1193 to 1200, inclusive, Tract 3335•
Section 2. That said classification shall apply in the
manner set forth in detail in the amend.atory part D-2 of the zoning
map of the City of Lynwood, being a part o£ sa3d Ordinance No. 570
and which amendatory part is a part heneof.
Section 3. The City Clerk is hereby ordered and directed
to certify to the passage of this ordinance and. to cause the same
to be published once in the Lynwood Press, a newspaper of general
circulation, printed, published, and circulated in the City of
Lynwood.
First read. at a regular meeting of the City Council of
said city held on the 21st day of April, 1959 and finally adopted and
ordered. published at a regular meetin~ of said Council held on the
5th day of May, 1959, by the following vote:
Ayes: Councilmen English, Finch, Rowe. Summers.
Noes: Councilmen
Absent:Councilmen
None.
