AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD AMENDING
SECTION 154.1D OF ORDINANCE N0. 661.
The City Council of the City of Lynwood. d.oes ordain
as follows:
Section 1. That Section 154.1D of Ord3nance No. 661
is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Section 154.1D. The applicant first to file such an
application shall accompany such application with an investigative
fee of' Two and no/100ths Dollars ($2.00), which shall be paid to the
City Clerk of said city."
Section 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage
and adoption of this ordinance and shall cause the same to be pub-
lished once in the Lynwood Press, a weekly newspaper published,
printed and circulated in the City of Lynwood, California.
First read at a regular meeting of the City Council of
said city held. on the 3rd day of February, 1959. and finally adopted
and ordered published at a regular meeting of said Council held on
the 17th d.ay of February, 1959, by the following vote:
Ayes: Councilmen: English, Finch, Pender Rowe
and Summers.
Noes: Councilmen: None.
Absent: Councilmen: None.

I, the undersigned, City Clerk of the
City of Lynwood, and ex-officio clerk of the Council
of said City, do hereby certify that the above is
a true and correct copy of ordinance No. 689
adopted by the City Council of the City of Lynwood
and that same was passed on the date and by the vote
therein stated.
