AN ORDZNANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 570 FOH
THE PIIRPOSE OF RECLASSIFICATION OF ~ERTAIN
PROPERTY AND TFIE ADOPTION OF AN AMENDED STCTION
OF Tf~ ZONINCi MAP WHICH IS A PA~T OF SAID
ORDINANCE N0. 570.
The City Council of the City of Lynwood does ordain as
follows:
Section 1. The official land use plan of the City of
Lynwood as established by Ordinance No. 570 is hereby amended by
reelassifying the following described parcels from R-1 to R-2:
The northerly 60t of Lot 1220 and the northerly
60t of Lot 1221, Tract No. 3335
Section 2. That said clasaification shall apply in the
manner set forth in detail in the amendatory part D-3 of the zoning
map of the City of Lynwood, being a part'of said Ordinance No. 570
and which amendatory part is a part hereof.
Seetion 3. The City Clerk is hereby ondered and directed
to certify to the passage of this ordinance and to cause the same
to be published once in the Lynwood Press, a newspaper of general
circulation, printed, published, and circulated in the City of
Lynwood.
First read at a regular meeting of the City Council of said
city held on the 2nd day of December, i958, and finally adopted and
ordered published at a regular meeting of said Council held on the
16th day of December, i958, by the following vote:
Ayes: Councilmen English, Finch, Pender Rowe, and
Summers.
Noes: Councilmen None.
Absent: Councilmen None.

I, the undersigned, City Clerk of the
City of Lynwood, and. ex-officio clerk of the Council
of said City, do hereby certify that the above is
a true and. correct copy of ordinance No. 687
adopted by the City Council of the City of Lynwood
and that same was passed on the date and by the vote
therein stated.
