AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 570 FOR THE
PURPOSE OF RECLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY
AND THE ADOPTION OF AN AMENDED SECTION OF THE
ZONING MAP WHICH IS A PART OF SAID ORDINANCE N0.
570.
The City Council of the City of Lynwood does ordain as
£ollows:
Section l. The official land. use plan of the City of
Lynwood. as established by Ord.inance No. 570 3s hereby amended. by
reclassifying that portion of Lot 2 of the Slauson Tract (M.R.3-348)
beginning 511.49t easterly of the southeast corner of Century Boule-
vard (50t wide) and. Wright Road. (33t wide); thence easterly along the
southerly line of Century Boulevard 13~+.33L to the southwest corner
o£ Century Boulevard and Check Avenue; thence southerly along the
westerly line of Check Avenue 311.97T; thence westerly 205.51t; thence
northerly 304.98F to the point of beginning from Zone M-1 to M-2.
Section 2. The said. classification shall apply in the manner
set forth in detail in the amendatory part G-3 of the zoning map of
the City of Lynwood, being a part of said Ordinance No. 570 and which
amend.atory part is a part hereof.
Section 3. The City Clerk is hereby ordered and directed
to certify to the passage of this ordinance and to cause the same to
be published once in the Lynwood Preas, a newspaper of general circu-
lation, printed., published, and circulated in the City of Lynwood..
First read. at a regular meeting of the City Council of said
city held on the 16th d.ay of September, 1958, and finally adopted and
ord.ered published at a regular meeting of said Council held. on the
7th day of October. 1958, by the following vote:
Ayes: Councilmen En~lish, Finch, Pender Rowe, Summers.
Noes: Councilmen tvnr,P
Absent:Councilmen None.
