AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 570 FOR THE
PURPOSE OF RECLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY
AND THE ADOPTION OF AN AMENDED SECTION OF Tf~
ZONING MAP WHICH IS A PART OF SAID ORDINANCE N0.
570.
The City Council of the City of Lynwood d.oes ordain as
follows:
Section 1: The official land use plan of the City of
Lynwood as established by Ordinance No. 570 is hereby amend.ed by
reclassifying the easterly 50 feet o£ the westerly 123.4 feet of
the northerly 220 feet of Lot 14, Tract 5103 from Zone R-1 to R-3.
Section 2: The said classification shall apply in the
manner set forth in detail in the amendatory part F-1 of the zoning
map of the City of Lynwood, being a part of said. Ordinance No. 570
and which amendatory part is a part hereof.
Section 3: The City Clerk is hereby ordered and d.irected.
to certify to the passage of this ordinance and to cause the same
to be published. once in the Lynwood Press, a newspaper of general
circulation, printed, published., and circulated in the City of Lynwood..
First read. at a regular meeting of the City Council of said
city held on the 19th day of August, 1958, and finally adopted and
ordered published at a regular meeting of said Council held on the
2nd day of September, 1958, by the following vote:
Ayes: Councilmen English, Finch, Rowe, Summers.
Noes: Councilmen None.
Absent:Councilmen Pend.er.
