AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 570 FOR THE
PURPOSE OF RECLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY
2~ND THE ADOPTION OF AN AMENDED SECTION OF THE
ZONING MAP WHICH IS A PART OF SAID ORDINANCE N0.
570.
The City Council of the City of Lynwood. does ord.ain as
follows:
Section l: The official land use plan of the City of
Lynwood as established by Ordinance No. 570 is hereby amended by
reclassizying Lots 563 to 572, inclusive, Tract 2551 £rom R-1 to
R-3.
Section 2: That said classification shall apply in the
manner set forth in detail in the amendatory part C-2 of the zoning
map of the City of Lynwood, being a part of said Ordinance No. 570
and which amend.atory part is a part hereof.
Section 3: The City Clerk is hereby ordered and d.irected
to certify to the passage of this ord.inance and. to cause the same
to be published once in the Lynwood Press, a newspaper of general
cireulation, printed, published, and circulated in the City of
Lynwood.
First read at a regular meeting of the City Council of
said city held on the 19th day of August, 1958, and finally ad.opted
and ordered published. at a regular meeting of said Council held on
the 2nd day of September, 1958, by the following vote:
Ayes: Councilmen English, Finch, Rowe, Summers.
Noes: Councilmen None.
Absent: Councilmen Pender,

adopted by the City Council of the City of Lynwood
and that same was passed on the date and by the vote
therein stated.
