RESOLUTION 2022-74
RESOLUTION APPOINTING MIKE BAWDEN
TO BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
WHEREAS, the City of Riverdale, Iowa ("City") is a municipal corporation, organized and operating under
the laws of the State of Iowa; and,
WHEREAS, pursuant to the authority granted by section 372 of the Code of Iowa, Chapters 16, 17, 18, 19,
20, and 21, of the City Code, the City Council makes various appointments to its boards and commissions
as needed, and;
WHEREAS, the City has open seats on the Board of Adjustment, and;
WHEREAS, Mike Bawden has agreed to serve on the City's Board of Adjustment, and;
WHEREAS, the City wishes to appoint Mike Bawden, and;
WHEREAS, no actual monetary expenses will be incurred by this action.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RIVERDALE, IOWA,
THAT Mike Bawden is appointed to the Board of Adjustment in the role of Vice -Chair for a two-year term
ending 12/31/2023.
