WDT ORDIN9oNCE OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD d~BOLISHING
THE BOND REDEMPTION FUND ~ND SPECI~L ~SSESSMENT
AND TlgX RELIEF FUND OF S~ID CITY,
The City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby
ordain as follows:
Section l: That the Bond Redemption Fund. and the
Special Assessment and. Tax Relief Fund in the City Treasury are
abolished. and all fund.s on d.eposit in each of said fund.s in the
City Treasury are hereby transferred to the General Fund.
Section 2: The City Clerk shall certify to the passage
and adoption of this ordinance and shall cause the same to be
published once in the Lynwood Press, a weekly newspaper published,
printed, and. circulated. in the City of Lynwood, California,
First read at a regular meeting of the City Council of
said city held on the 4th day of June, 1958, and. finally adopted
and. ordered published. at a regular meeting of said Council held on
the 17th d.ay of June, 1958, by the following vote:
Ayes: Councilmen English, Finch, and Summers.
Noes: Councilmen None.
Absent: Councilmen Compton and Pender.

I, the undersigned, City Clerk of the
City of Lynwood, and ex-officio clerk of the Council
