RESOLUTION AFFIRMING CLERK'S APPOINTMENT OF
SABRYNA TRIPP AS DEPUTY CLERK
WHEREAS, the City of Riverdale, Iowa ("City") is a municipal corporation, organized and operating under
the laws of the State of Iowa; and,
WHEREAS, the position of Deputy Clerk is vacant due to the promotion of Kelly Krell to the position of
Clerk; and,
WHEREAS, the Mayor, Council members, and Clerk conducted interviews to determine the candidate
whose skills most closely matched the needs of the City; and,
WHEREAS, the Clark has chosen Sabryna Tripp to fill the position of Deputy Clerk with a start date of
Monday, October 17, 2022, at an hourly rate of $20.00 per hour; and,
WHEREAS, the funding sources for this action are #001-620-6010 - Clerk's Office Wages and #610-815-
6010 - Sewer Wages.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Riverdale, Iowa, that:
Section 1: The Clerk is authorized to appoint Sabryna Tripp as Deputy Clerk for the City of Riverdale,
Iowa.
