Leesburg’s Annual Christmas and Holiday Parade On Saturday,
December 13, 2014 at 6:00pm
Leesburg, VA (December 5, 2014) – The
holiday spirit will be in full swing as
Leesburg hosts the annual Christmas
and Holiday Parade on Saturday,
December 13, 2014. The parade will
feature local bands, seasonal floats and
the man of the season-Santa! The
parade will step off from the front field
at Ida Lee Park at 6:00pm and proceed
down King Street, through the Historic
Downtown, to Fairfax Street. In
preparation for the parade, King Street
will be closed to vehicular traffic at
5:30pm from Battlefield Parkway to
Catoctin Circle.
Leesburg’s holiday rock n’ roll concert, Jingle Jam will also be held Saturday, December 13. This
concert will feature many local and regional artists playing traditional holiday tunes, with a little
edge. Three featured shows include a Jr. Jam at 11:30am and two Jingle Jams sessions at
2:30pm and 8:30pm. Proceeds benefit the Juvenille Diabetes Research Foundation.
