April 22, 2021 7:00 PM Greencastle City Hall and Zoom
I. Call to Order; Roll Call
Mayor William Dory called the meeting to order at 7:00 PM; upon roll by Mayor Dory the
following were present: Mark Hammer, Adam Cohen, Stacie Langdon, Veronica Pejril, and
Dave Murray. Cody Eckert and Jacob Widner were absent.
II. New Business
A. Resolution 2021-4 A Resolution for the Allocation of Funds Received Through the
American Rescue Plan (ARP) HB1319 - Motion by Veronica Pejril to approve Resolution
2021-4 as presented, second by Stacie Langdon, 5-0, motion carried.
IV. Adjournment
The meeting was adjourned at 7:15 PM upon a motion by Mark Hammer with a second by
Adam Cohen,5-0, motion carried.
