ORDINANCE NO. 305
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
MIRAGE AMENDING THE RANCHO MIRAGE MUNICIPAL CODE BY AMENDING THE
OFFICIAL ZONING MAP (Change of Zone 84-40 (Revised) Highway Ill)

The City Council of the City of Rancho Mirage does ordain
as follows:
Section 1: Section 17.16.010 of the Rancho Mirage Municipal
Code is amended by amending the official zoning map of the City of
Rancho Mirage as shown on the map attached hereto.
Section 2: The land uses authorized by this ordinance are
compatible with the objectives, policies and general land uses and
programs specified in the General Plan and are not detrimental to
existing uses in the area in which the property is located.
Section 3: The City Clerk shall certify to the passage
hereof and this ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days
after its passage.
