A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TEMPLE CITY ESTABLISHING FEES PURSUANT TO
SECTION 6103 OF THE TEMPLE CITY MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO HIGHWAY PERMIT FEES.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES RESOLVE:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 6103 of the Temple City
Municipal Code, the following fees payable for permits pursuant
to Ordinance No. 3597 known as the Los Angeles County Highway
Permit Ordinance, are hereby amended as follows:
1. Construction Permits

c) 11.00 Curb Drain (in existing
curb only)
d) 11.00 Parkway Drains No. 1 & 2
e) 11.00 Relocate existing

4. Moving Permits

5. No Issuance Fee
Section 303 of the Los Angeles County Permit Ordinance
exempts the following from paying permit issuance fees:
United States
State of California
All Departments of the County
Any municipal corporation
Any school district
Any district organized under State law
SECTION 2, The City Clerk shall certify to the -adoption
of this Resolution.
