HomeMy Public PortalAboutResolution 81-2003RESOLUTION NO. 81-2003 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY ESTABLISHING FEES PURSUANT TO SECTION 6103 OF THE TEMPLE CITY MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO HIGHWAY PERMIT FEES. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES RESOLVE: SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 6103 of the Temple City Municipal Code, the following fees payable for permits pursuant to Ordinance No. 3597 known as the Los Angeles County Highway Permit Ordinance, are hereby amended as follows: 1. Construction Permits Issuance Fee a) $13.50 Residential Driveway b) 13.50 Commercial Driveway c) 11.00 Curb Drain (in existing curb only) d) 11.00 Parkway Drains No. 1 & 2 e) 11.00 Relocate existing drainage structure f) 11.00 Median channelization g) 11.00 Close existing driveway opening h) 11.00 Curb & Gutter i) 11.00 Sidewalk or fill -in j) 11.00 Alley improvements Inspection Fee $. 16.50 each driveway 30.50 each driveway 21.00 each driveway Special Deposit 35.00 100.00 750.00 35.00 50.00 -0' to 50' 75.00 -50' to 100' 75.00 -plus $ .20 per 1.f. for over 100' 20.00- minimum 20.00 -plus $ .25 per 1.f. over 40' in length 50.00 -plus $ .50 per 1.f. 2. Excavation Permits Issued only through Los Angeles County Road Department Permit Office. 3. Moving Permits Issued only through the Los Angeles County Road Department Permit Office. 5. No Issuance Fee Section 303 of the Los Angeles County Permit Ordinance exempts the following from paying permit issuance fees: United States State of California All Departments of the County Any municipal corporation Any school district Any district organized under State law SECTION 2, The City Clerk shall certify to the -adoption of this Resolution. 1 1 1 1 Resolution No 81 -2003 - Page 3 APPROVED and ADOPTED this 7th day of July, 1981.
