RESOLUTION APPROVING A CREDIT CARD
FOR DEPUTY CLERK SABRYNA TRIPP
WHEREAS, the City of Riverdale, Iowa ("City") is a municipal corporation, organized and operating under
the laws of the State of Iowa; and,
WHEREAS, Sabryna Tripp began employment with the City of Riverdale on Monday, October 17, 2022, in
the role of Deputy Clerk; and,
WHEREAS, in the course of performing her regular duties, Sabryna requires a credit card issued against
the City's bank; and,
WHEREAS, no actual monetary expenses will be incurred by this action; however, items charged to the
credit card will be allocated to various accounts.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RIVERDALE, IOWA,
THAT:
SECTION 1: The Mayor and Clerk are authorized to execute paperwork with the City's bank to issue a
credit card to Deputy Clerk Sabryna Tripp.
