3. Corn:
A. Corn:
1. Due to the cost of organic corn,we arc going to reduce the
cornmeal in the cloth bags from 2# to 1 1/z#for$5.
2. There will also be paper bags with 1#of cornmeal selling
for$2.
3. Need a cool, dry place to store the corn. 40-50#bags of
corn are in one ton. Maybe at the thrift store at Town
Hall? Or at DPW?
4. Doug offered the mill's grinding services to Sandwich mill
since their site will be down until June.
4. There is an article in the April,2015 issue of Cape Cod Life on the Stony Brook
Grist Mill.
5. Rolly Bassett donated his labor and materials to install a plug on the wall in the
museum for a flat screen tv that Faythe has, to play the dvd by Paul Gazek and
the loop made by Stan Godwin.
6. Doug and Dana are looking into building a shed on the Grist Mill property for
the Port-a-potty, which would also have room for signs under the roof, and a
storage area. It might be a salt-box type shed with a front porch. Approx 6' x
8',plus shed all for less than$2000.
7. When Dana was in Nova Scotia,he took pictures of a loom there with wooden
blocks. He also took measurements and will get the information to Pat Stark
Feinstein for the barn loom in the museum.
8. Dana is looking for a work party for Saturday,April 11, 2015 for stonework and
cleaning up the site.
9. Also, need to rebuild a wall that has fallen in. 20-30 ft of concrete needs to be
put between the two streams, and face it with stone, hopefully this next fall.
10. Also, the wishing well is supposed to help drain the hillside, but the pipe is
rusted shut. He will use an air compressor and blow rod and install a new steel
pipe,this spring.
11. Also, Doug or Faythe is going to call Paul Gazek to order 100 dvd's
inexpensively.
12. Emily Sumner has now been added as Administrator for the Stony Brook
Facebook Group.

The meeting adjourned at approximately 8:18 pm.
Respectfully Submitted,
