NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING & PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD
The Barnstable County HOME Consortium has completed its 2015 Fiscal Year(July 1, 2014-June 30,2015)utilizing
U,S. Department of Housing and Urban Development's(HUD)Federal Fiscal Year 2014 HOME Program ftnids. The
HOME Program was awarded $404,552 to carry out the goals and objectives set forth in the 2010-2014 Consolidated
Plan and Amaral Action Plan for this period. A draft Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report(CAPER),
outlining the year's accomplishments and challenges is available for public comment.
The Consortium will conduct a public hearing ort:

The purpose of the hearing is to obtain from citizens, public agencies, community organizations, and interested parties
oral and/or written testimony relative to the 2014 CAPER as well as housing needs and HOME Consortium program
performance.
The public comment period will begin September 3, 2015 and end September 18, 2015. Written comments should be sent
on or before September 18,2015 at 4:30 p.m. to the BC HOME Consortium, PO Box 226, Barnstable, MA 02630 or by e-

3225 Main Street, Barnstable, MA. Requests for hard copies of the CAPER and any questions should be directed to
